Weld Analysis was done in ANSYS

ANSYS:

• The process of creating a weldingseam by means of welding two pipes was modelled in ANSYS.
•  The potential welding defects, such as residual stresses, or distortions, was identified, and corrective actions were taken early in the design phase that improved the weld quality.

In-depth insights into the welding process that improved the weld quality were provided to the client.
